Your Web Site - Build it Or Out Source it to a Monkey?
Any monkey can build a website now a days, but they don't work for bananas. Site building services is not really for those of us who has the inclination to "DIY" ("Do It Yourself") with a block by block site builder. It's for hairdressers who are too busy styling hair, real estate agents who are too busy selling homes, and so on.

Are you a salon owner, attorney, Realtor, or other small business owner? Have you been looking to establish or expand your online presence through your website?

Theses days, more than ever, it's important to make every marketing dollar count and that includes your website. Often, websites are little more than product brochures and end up being only an expense instead of a point of additional profit. But, it doesn't have to be that way.

Your website should provide "sell-ucation" to your prospective clients/customers and be a platform for additional monetization strategies such as AdSense, referral income, affiliate programs which compliment your primary business, or info-products.

However, if you are already running your business, which should be your focus, how to you find the time or help to make this happen for you?

Smart business owners don't mind paying a little more for a job done right the first time. This is because they buy experience, and an instant learning curve, to get a Web site that leverages their CURRENT business.

If you are a small traditional business owner or even a home based business owner in direct sales or network marketing (MLM) I'm talking to you! It simply makes sense for local small business owners to use site building services to build their sites.

There are two types of local small business...

1) NO Web site -- amazing, I know. But more than half still have no Web site. Some think they don't need it. Some are afraid. But one way or another, I hope today YOU see the light. Information I'll share with you will help...

2) Those with a Web site. Failing, naturally. These are excellent opportunities. There is just no good reason NOT to be found for your local services.

Surely, you must realize the Web is here to stay? Yes, this is an excellent example on why you should never depend on any one income stream, and certainly why you should own your own traffic and never depend on eBay or any other company to own your traffic. When you are in that position, you are totally vulnerable.

When you own your own traffic, and when you have multiple streams of income, you may have to adjust but that's only an inconvenience, not a catastrophe.

Most are likely used a brother-in-law or local Webmaster who is not plugged into success. Most webmasters have no clue on how to build a site that sells because it optimized for the major search engines and is maximizing various monetization methods. This is largely because they just don't know how nor the importance of it and neither do most or their clients (business owners like you).

You as a business owner, however, are not the victim here. Many business owners just want a pretty site with flash and CSS. All of that stuff is great IF your site also does what it's intended to do: Sell, attract potential prospects/ leads, explain, educate, qualify and build relationships with your target market 24/7!

Is that what your website does, or is it merely a boring brochure?

You do not have to be part of this group.
